Who it is for: For an individual seeking greater self-understanding and a practical starting point for career exploration.
What it includes: Includes the 20-question assessment, a Career Self-Discovery Analysis of patterns across your responses, practical exploration steps, and a reflective follow-up conversation. The analysis does not select one perfect career. If you are not working with an educator or career professional, Susan can serve as your facilitator.
What happens next: Submit a short request. Susan reviews it, confirms the support plan, and sends approved access instructions.

Educator or institutional access

I want to use the framework with students.

Who it is for: For educators, advisors, career professionals, courses, departments, and institutions.
What it includes: May include implementation planning, approved facilitator materials, student assessments, and analysis credits based on the agreed scope.
What happens next: Submit a request so Susan can confirm your setting, responsibilities, number of participants, and the appropriate access plan.

Who it is for: For select educators and institutions helping test and refine the framework in real educational settings.
What it includes: Includes a required implementation workshop, confidentiality agreement, approved materials, assigned analysis credits, and feedback expectations.
